Dear Boy-in-my-anthroplogy-class-that-sits-by-the-window-three-seats-back-from-the-front,
Oh. NO! I just typed a new letter to you and my computer malfunctioned and I lost the WHOLE THING! I'm very upset about this. I'll try to move past it though.
So, the bait has fallen off the hook. But no worries, I am persistant. I put new bait on my line an re-cast it into your pond, the one by the window, three seats back from the front. I also tried a new approach. I'll explain it like this...
A fisherman is more likely to get his line to go where he wants it (a.k.a. where the fish is) if he stands closer to the bank, rather than from a far.
My approach was this, if you hadn't noticed, I sat in the seat that used to be between us. Now there is only an aisle between us. Clever, yes?
... Damn, I can't remember what I wrote to you before it was deleted... Hmmm... Oh, here we go...
We made progress today! We spoke! To eachother! Yes, it was under silly circumstances, but my heart was pounding out of my chest as I asked you if we had any homework due today. You said there wasn't any listed on the schedule. OF COURSE! Now, I just look stupid... and obvious... Any intelligent boy, such as yourself, would have checked the schedule. But not me, no, I'm just trying to make small talk.
You know Aaron? I overheard you two talking about your Poly Psy class or something today. Hmm, I don't really know her but she knows me. This is happening more and more these days. I kind of feel like a celebrity. Like the woman in Orchard Supply the other day. She knew me, but I didn't know her. Anyway, now I know you definately know my name. Only because Aaron asked me if I was who she thought I was and I responded saying that I was in fact who she thought I was. Aha! She could be a connection... like a new fuse in the fuse box of LIFE!
Well, now we've spoken, we sit closer together, you are still beautiful and I want you. We should really go get coffee sometime.
Signed, The Boy that sits in the second row over, third seat back, so there is only an aisle between you and I...
P.s. Even though the Olympics are over, I'd really like to continue playing our game...I just hope I win the gold medal...or you!
